About the role: This role entails everything from campaign development, content strategy, relationship management and social media. You must have an eye for detail and be able to optimize campaign performance, plus identify trends. A broad understanding of digital marketing in general is extremely important.
Pay Rate, Hours and Benefits: This is a full-time contractor position, ranging from $20-$60/hour.
Reports to: COO
What you’ll do:
- Oversee cross-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, on-site promotions, and remarketing campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for best performance through A/B testing and analysis
- Manage promotional content calendars for partners, and campaigns
- Plan, manage and upkeep social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Facebook)
- Identify and stay abreast on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Come up with innovative strategies for increasing engagement, clicks and conversions
- Analyze and create monthly reports on progress and success with campaigns
What you’ll need:
- Familiarity with WordPress / HTML
- Ability to create and optimize email funnels and campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing social media
- An eye for design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently and remotely
